Ultrasoft products work on all handheld computers running Palm OS® version 3.0 or later, including devices from Palm, Handspring, Sony and all other Palm OS licencees.

IMPORTANT: the Treo 700w does not run Palm OS, and is not supported.

To check your device's Palm OS version, go to the Application Launcher screen, tap the Menu icon in the silk screen area, then tap "Options" and "About Applications".

All currently available Palm OS devices are supported. Only the original Pilot and PalmPilot devices running Palm OS 1.0 and 2.0 are not supported.

The Ultrasoft Money synchronization conduit requires HotSync Manager 3.0 or later. Visit your device manufacturer's web site (e.g. www.palm.com for Palm) for a free upgrade to your Palm OS or HotSync software.

You should have at least 400KB of available memory on your Palm Powered device before installing Ultrasoft Money, CheckBook or DataShield. The program requires almost 300KB, and you should have sufficient space for your data.
