Problem
I changed my Palm OS® HotSync id, and now my Ultrasoft software says my registration code is incorrect.

Solution

Your Ultrasoft registration code is based on the the HotSync ID that you provided and confirmed at the time of your purchase. If you change your HotSync ID, it won't match and the program will not work. We do not offer replacement registration codes.
