Problem
I synchronized my Palm OS handheld computer, and my changes were not uploaded to Microsoft Money.

Solution
First, check your HotSync log. There will be error messages if something went wrong with the synchronization process. Otherwise, you'll see "OK Ultrasoft Money" in the log.

If you don't see any messages from Ultrasoft Money, it means the conduit is not installed. You should re-run the setup program.

If you see "OK Ultrasoft Money", please check your settings. Make sure you have the "Synchronize the files" HotSync Action selected.

Also, please check your "System" conduit options. It should have "Handheld overwrites desktop" selected.
